- Mayors receive assurance Tri-City is not on refugee resettlement list

During a conference call with representatives of U.S. Sens. Kelly Ayotte and Jeanne Shaheen and a State of New Hampshire official involved with coordinating refugee relocation, the mayors of Dover, Rochester and Somersworth were assured there are no plans by the U.S. Department of State to relocate international refugees to the communities of the Tri-City.

Dover Listens joins with 7th Settlement Brewery Monday night, Feb. 2, for the third of three “community building conversations “ with city residents.
Residents are invited to 7th Settlement at 47 Washington St. in the downtown at 8 p.m. to watch a short film related to a topic under the category of either technology, entertainment or design. The program is called a TED Talk.
